TQAero contains a database of furnaces where class and type of instrumentation can be set.

TQAero has the ability to monitor usage time, number of uses, and maximum exposed temperature of each thermocouple. Under revision D furnaces with instrumentation types A & B will require load thermocouples whose usage limits will depend on maximum temperature.

TQAero contains all the data necessary to provide proof of compliance to AMS2750 standards. All parameters and data in TQAero is audited and tamper proof to 21CFR Part 11 standards.

TQAero is fully configurable to alert users to TUS, SAT, thermocouple calibration and thermocouple replacement deadlines.

There is an update for version 7.1.x available at www.tqsoftware.com , using your Login then Downloads/Software.

It may require an upgrade code for your USB key, please contact us to check.

Please note your installation folder(s), make backups,  then install on top of your existing folder(s).

TQAero 7.1.0

·        Chambers can be specified as cylindrical and the 3D wire diagram will support this.

·        Chambers can now have a work zone specified. The work zone can be seen in the 3D diagram and sensors positioned with respect to work zone.
